@OptionsR15 @cyndilouwho @WOWCare They will give you a credit but you have to call them. I think it’s crappy it isn’t an automatic credit. I called 3 days in a row because of my outage, told them I want a credit. They said they’d give me a $10 credit.

@WOW_WAY @WOWCare Our internet is out and Wow support can't find an issue. We have to wait until January 2nd for someone to come out.We both work from home next week and need the internet. This is going to be the final straw to pushe to Comcast, who I absolutely hate.
