Is Section 144 covered at Truist Park? ›

Shaded vs Covered Seating Sections 144 and 145 offer the only overhead coverage here. Seats in rows 12 will be located underneath the overhanging 200 level sections above.

Lower Level Infield Seating

Sections in the lower level infield offer excellent views from near the corner bases and on the closest seating tier to the field at Truist Park.

Where are the shaded seats at Truist Park? Generally, the seats in the shade at Truist Park are in the following locations: Lower Level Diamond & Executive: Seats under cover are shaded all day. Grandstand Level: Seats under the upper-deck roof are shaded.

Directions. From the Chop House Gate, take the stairs on the centerfield side of the Coors Light Chop House/across from the 1st and 3rd Hot Dog and Sausage Shack up one level. At the top of the stairs, turn right into the top level of the Coors Light Chop House.

Really early. Don't leave at 6 for a 7:10 start time. Go two, even three hours early, and make a day of out of it. There is plenty to see and do at The Battery Atlanta, a mixed-use development, adjacent to SunTrust Park, to pass the time.

Outside Food & Drink

Outside food is allowed inside of Truist Park as long as it fits inside a clear, gallon sized plastic bag. Guests may also bring a sealed plastic bottle of water. One bag of food and one bottle of water per ticket will be permitted.

“There's really not a bad seat at Truist Park,” Speros said. “But, you know, I had to find the worst of a good lot.” That seat, Section 410, Row 12, Seat 1, at the top of the right field stands, may not the best for someone who has trouble with stairs.

MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted at ticket windows, restaurants, concessions and merchandise locations in Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta. Credit cards will be accepted in the parking decks and surface lots.

If you are on the first base side you will be just fine! The sun sets behind you so you will not have any issues with the sun.

The premium boxes can hold between eight and 14 people with a mix of cushioned seats and high-top bar seating. Each includes complimentary premium parking, private entrance and unlimited access to the Xfinity Club. The Braves will also have an “exclusive” menu delivered to the boxes.

Unfortunately, Truist Park doesn't have many covered areas. Thankfully, there are a few options if you're looking for a shaded area or to be protected from inclement weather. If you're looking for covered seating at an Atlanta Braves home game, stick with the upper deck 400-level sections between 1st and 3rd base.

Entertain guests with a casual night at the ballpark in the Coors Light Chop House. Located on the lower level mezzanine, this staple in Braves Country has three levels with open-air seating and a gorgeous right-field view.

There are also 46 suites around the ballpark providing spectacular views of the field. The stadium also has a 90-foot roof – three times the size of the current roof at Turner Field – and air conditioning on every level makes sure the majority of fans are cool on hot summer days.

Even though it's an aisle seat and has a cover to protect you from the elements, the heavy traffic of fans coming and going up and down the stairs next to you throughout the game keeps you from being able to watch the game.

The Truist Club seats are as exclusive as it gets at Truist Park, combining the most impressive amenities with the closest views. Only 80 seats make up this club every game. Fans are treated to all-inclusive food, co*cktails, beer, and wine.
